Thanksgiving Break and my week so far! =)

Hello blogspot! =) Sorry, it's been awhile since I have last updated but I said I would come back and blog about my Thanksgiving Break and others. Anyways, I will recap about my break with my baby and his family. I had a good time! :)

TUESDAY; November 24th, 2009 - I only had two classes today and it was English and Chinese. It went by pretty fast though. After my classes, I headed back to my dorm and rest for awhile and got ready the last minute stuff. The shuttle came and we departed at 3:20PM and headed to Sky Harbor Airport. By the way, we sat in a really nice bus; it was a coach one. =) I sat next to Tawney and Briana. We just talked a bit and fell asleep. I slept a lot on my way there. So we go to the airport around 6:40PM. Tawney and I checked in and we decided to go eat. Airport food is really expensive and so not worth it. However I was hungry and had to eat something. Lol. After we ate, we both said bye and headed to security check-in. After that I went to my gate and waited for boarding. Around 9PM, I boarded. Departure was to Las Vegas. It was about an hour. On the plane, I read for sociology and just got it done. I had a headache though. Got to Las Vegas around 9:30PM (They go back an hour and Arizona does not change time). I waited for a bit and later boarded. Then from Las Vegas right to Charlotte, NC. It was about 4.5 hours. Again, I slept on the plane. I get really tired on the plane and end up sleeping. I can never stay up. Haha. I got there in Charlotte around 5:30AM, then I went to get my luggage. I saw my baby and I was so happy! I miss him so much.

WEDNESDAY; November 25th, 2009 - This was the day I arrived. We drove home from the airport. We were both extremely exhausted especially babe because he did not sleep at all. I took a shower first and then went to bed with babe. =) After that, we woke up around 10AM and went downstairs to say hello to the family. I gave Makenna the pillow I made her. She loves it! I'm glad. After that, babe and I played wii games. We got tired again and fell asleep. Woke up at 3PM and got ready. Babe woke up a little later. I decided to go to work with him. :) At his work, I fell asleep a couple times and just playing on the computer. By the way, I saw babe's new puppy. Her name is Princess and she is so adorable and cute. Anyways, we left the store around midnight and headed home. It was super cold!

THURSDAY; November 26th, 2009 - Happy Thanksgiving and Happy 14 Months love! ♥ First off, I would like to say what and who I am thankful and grateful for. :) 1. I am thankful for a loving and caring family; I love you all! 2. My boyfriend; thank you baby for everything, you are my happiness, and of course you are the love of my life. <3 3. My amazing friends. 4. To be able to experience many things. 5. Finding love and happiness. 6. A great college education. 7. To live, love, laugh. ♥ Now moving on, I woke up very early this  morning to get ready and stuff. Babe woke up around 6:30AM. We left the house at 7AM. We headed to his Nana's house which is 3 hours away from his house. I fell asleep during the ride there. We got there around 11AM. I met his Nana; she is so sweet and funny. =) Then I met his cousins, aunts, and uncles. They are great people and very sweet. And to mention, they are extremely hilarious. I crack up all the time! I met Colby's little baby cousin Celeste. She is such a cutie and so adorable! I love her. We ate Thanksgiving dinner around 4PM. It was super cold outside. The food was delicious though. After dinner we played the game "Left, Right, Center." It was my first time playing and I like it a lot. It is so interesting and fun! Everyone had a great time and just enjoying Thanksgiving. :) So babe won $30! Wow, lucky huh?! Actually it was between babe and I. Lol. That's gas money right there. After playing the game, we all went inside the house and rested. We all took a nap. Haha. Then I woke up from my nap and just ate dessert. Lol. Talked to Aunt Karen and Nana. =) I love all of them. Around 9PM we left and headed back home. Babe and I jammed to some songs and just had a great time. Something funny happened, but I'll leave that out. :P Okay, after that we went to Wal-Mart to get some stuff then headed back to his house. For the rest of the night, it was a great night. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

FRIDAY; November 27th, 2009 - We totally slept in and did not go Black Friday shopping. Lol, yeah bummer. Oh well. Babe had to work a couple hours today so he went to work and I stayed home to relax. After he came home from work we decided to watch "New Moon" with his co-workers. I have to say that I liked the movie. It was better than the first one. And also, Taylor Lautner is so handsome and sexy. ;) Gotta love his body. Lol. He looks better than Robert Pattinson. Anyways, after the movie we went back home and ate because we got hungry. :P We watched another movie called "Zach and Miri Make a Porno" movie and it was so hilarious. I laughed my ass off. HAHAHA. If you haven't seen this movie, you should! :P After the movie we went to bed.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY; November 28th & 29th, 2009 - Today is my last night here. =( I went to work with babe again and after work we went back home. Then we watched another movie which was funny too. We actually stayed up all night and didn't sleep. We just spent time with each other, talked, and being in each other's arms. =) After that we left the house at 4:30AM and headed to the airport. I was getting a bit sad though. I didn't want to leave at all. It went by too fast. We stopped at McDonald's by the airport to get breakfast. Then he dropped me off. I went and check-in and then to security check-in. Then flew from CLT right to Phoenix. Got there around 10:30AM and then left Phoenix back to Flagstaff. I miss him already! But anyways, overall I had an amazing time on Thanksgiving break! Thank you so much babe! I love you. <3

So tomorrow is my sister and my 19th birthday! =) I will blog about that soon too. I am so excited though. Anyways, next week is finals and I have to study! I have three finals so it won't be too bad. I have to study for Sociology the most, then Chinese, and then Theatre. I believe I am leaving next Thursday or Friday to go back to Vegas. I can't wait! I miss my family and miss home. I miss my mom's homemade food too. Yummm! One month of winter break is awesome! By the way, it's starting to snow here and it's so beautiful. I love it! A great time in college! =)

Hello, guys! :) It's been awhile since I've last blogged. Anyways, lately I have been extremely busy with homework and studying. I've been working on my writing project #3 for English and it is a pain in the ass. I like English sometimes, but not when I have an essay every week or two weeks. It sucks. We are writing an informational argument essay. I hope I do well on this one. All we do in this English class is write. Haha, I prefer literature and reading more than writing essays all the time. So I guess last week and this week is like midterm week. I took my Chinese midterm test on Wednesday. I got my test results back on Thursday. I got a 95% on it! I am so proud of myself. Yay! It was easy for me though because I did take three years of Chinese in high school. As for my other classes, I didn't have a midterm. Well, I took my Theatre test #2. It wasn't that bad. I have a Sociology test on Wednesday. Eh, I hope I do well on this one because I wasn't satisfied with my grade on the first one. I have to do lots of studying! College so far is just so awesome! I love it so much and of course better than high school! I have been here at NAU for two months now. Wow, so fast right? So yesterday night (101709), I went clubbing with my girls at Studio 111 downtown. It was hosted by my friend's sorority. =) It was also my first time clubbing. Haha :P Um, the club looked decent and wasn't that big. However, I did have a lot of fun dancing and having a good time. About time that I have a good weekend since I've been stressing out with homework and studying. Lol. I am still sore and tired from dancing; my thigh hurts. Lol. Anyways, this week is Homecoming week! I am excited! There is the homecoming dance, parade and game. =) It's going to be great. I still need to find a dress though. Hahah. Next weekend is Halloween! And I still do not know what am I wearing because I don't know what I want to be yet. :P Okay, here are some pictures that I took recently! Not all of them are on here. It's been awhile!

Hey readers, sorry it's been awhile since I've last blog or updated. I have been busy with college; writing essays, lots of reading, and studying. I have been here at NAU for almost 4 weeks, and I absolutely love it here! College life is great. I feel so free and independent! No one tells me what to do and when to do it. It is our responsibility to get things done. :) I am taking English 105, Chinese 201, Sociology 210, NAU 100, and Theatre 101. So far, English class is the hardest and a lot of work out of all the other classes. We write and read a lot in this class. We just finished our Writing Project #1, and now we are starting Writing Project #2. HURRAY! (Yeah, not really.) Oh, that's college right? It's not so bad, it's just time consuming. Chinese 201 is pretty easy for me because a lot of it is review for me since I took three years of Chinese in high school. I like our professor, he is really nice. We do not have much homework, just a lot of class work. Everyone in the class speaks pretty decent Mandarin and I am impressed. =) Okay, so Sociology 210 is my favorite class. I love it! It is interesting and I learn a lot from it. I'm in Sociology 210 because I already took Sociology 101 when I was in high school. Sociology is also my major. I do not have a declared minor yet, but I have some ideas in mind. Sociology exam #1 is next Monday. I have to study this weekend! I am quite nervous about this exam though, hopefully it'll be okay. I think my friend Heather, my sister, and I are studying together this weekend or something. NAU 100 class is the easiest class ever. We just learn more about the campus and college life. We do not have tests. We just do activities and easy homework. This class actually ends in October. =) Awesome huh? Anyways, lastly Theatre 101 is an awesome class too. It is an introduction to Theatre. =) We have like 100 students in her class and it's insane! Haha, she doesn't take attendance though. All we do for homework is read one chapter and take a quiz online. It's open book too, so it's really easy. I only have her once a week. Anyways, I do not have classes on Fridays which is pretty cool because that means I have three day weekends! :] So I took my first Chinese quiz a couple days ago. It wasn't bad at all. I was very confident in myself and know I will do well on the quiz. I got back my quiz today and I got an A on it. Yay! I am so proud of myself. :)


Other than academics, I would have to say that my social life is pretty awesome! I met so many people and became friends with them. Everyone here is friendly. =) Last weekend my girls and I went to watch Sorority Row on Friday. The movie was alright, not that scary. It made me laugh at some parts. Hahaha. The next day we decided to go downtown Flagstaff at night to hang out and just have a good time exploring and shopping. It was great. =) Although, there were some creepy guys and drunk people. Lol, it kind of fascinates me. :P My friend Katie is the most hilarious one out of the group! She cracks us up man. Oh gosh, I love her. :) Hmm, I am not sure if I'm going to hang out with them this week or if I'm doing something since I have to study for the Sociology exam. I think I am going to this social event in my friend's sorority. I think it'll be fun. I'm not in a sorority right now and I'm not even sure if I would want to. You know what they all say about fraternities and sororities right? 'PARTY' and that's all they do? Hmm.. It makes me wonder and think a lot. IF I end up joining a sorority, it would be a great one with a lot of dedication to community service! =)


Only 9 more days till I see my love again! It is going to be our one year anniversary and his 20th birthday! How lovely and exciting is that?! :) Gosh, I miss him so much. I can't wait. We are going to spend 4 days together and it's going to be great. Which means, I need to pack sometime soon. Lol.


Anyways, I am going to head out for dinner now. After that I am coming back to relax for awhile, shower, and then study for my Theatre test. =) By the way, did I mention that the weather is here is lovely? It's so fresh and breezy! I like it. Okay, time for me to go. Bye! I'll come back soon and try to update more often.

NAU! =)

So I am going to recap about the couple days that I've been here at Northern Arizona University. :)

THURSDAY, August 20th - We left Vegas around 3AM and got to NAU around 8AM. :) Nancy and I checked-in too McConnell Hall and went up to our dorm room. Then we went back to the car to unload our stuff and then brought it up to the dorm. We went back and forth and dang it was tiring. We walked up hill and down hill. After unloading we just rested for awhile in our dorm. Later that afternoon, Nancy, Vanessa, my mom, and I decided to walk to central campus and to the bookstore. Wow it's pretty far from my dorm. Like 20 min walk. That sucks. Which mean my classes are going to be far from McConnell too. :( Oh well. After the bookstore we just walked back to my dorm and our parents decided to go to Target. We got some essentials and stuff. Headed back to our dorm and changed and got ready for the BBQ at 6:30PM. Parents dropped us off and then they left. I'm going to miss them a lot. But I'm officially independent and free now. Haha. We went to the BBQ and there was a long long line! Wow, Nancy and I waited for 1 hour just to get pizza. I didn't know it was pizza. Hahah. After that we decided to walk back to our dorm and just showered. And then back to the dorm to unpack so more stuff.

FRIDAY, August 21st - Second day in NAU! Woke up early in the morning around 8:30AM. Dang, early as hell but somehow I wasn't that tired. In Vegas, I wake up pretty late around like 1 or 2PM. Lol. Oh well. So then after that got ready and went to eat breakfast at the Du Bois Dining hall. Chilled for awhile and Wilson called saying he got here at NAU. So we went down and helped him unload and stuff. After that we just hung out for awhile at his dorm. Then they came over to my dorm and chilled. I met his friend Anthony which he is pretty nice. Around 3:45PM Anthony and I walked towards central campus because I have a coaching orientation to go to. We kind of got lost but we went to Wilson Hall and ask his RA where the Liberal Arts building is. Then we found it. Anthony was really nice to walk me all the way there. Thanks dude! :) Went to orientation and I met Alex for the first time. :) She's really nice and pretty. It was pretty cool. After that we all went outside and played a game and then got pizza and then sit in our group and getting to know each other. People are really friendly here and I'm glad. :] After orientation I met up with Wilson and Nancy at the HOTSPOT dining hall. We ate dinner together. After that we went to Target again and we bought more stuff for our dorm. I spent a lot there. T__T' Then Wilson's parents came and picked us up and then dropped us off back to the dorm. For the rest of the night we just hung out.

SATURDAY, August 22nd - Nancy and I woke around 7:30AM for breakfast with Gabe and Wilson because Gabe had Band Camp at 9. We went to the Du Bois dining hall and it was close. So we drove to central campus to the HOTSPOT and it was close. Turns out that power went off so nothing worked. We drove back to the dorm and finally power worked again. We were pissed off. Lol. So we just chilled at Wilson's dorm. We just ate ramen. Hahah. Oh well. Then Nancy and I went back to our dorm and took a nap because it was still early. We woke up around 10:30AM and got ready for lunch because Wilson's parents are taking us out. We went downtown to Galaxy's Diner. It was pretty bomb! I had chicken fried steak. :) They give you really big portions and it's cheap too. After lunch we headed to Wal-Mart and got some more stuff. Lol. Okay so after Wal-Mart we went to the bookstore. But it was too hot and long line so we left. We went back to our dorm first. Then later Wilson's parents left. We went to Starbucks and got some coffee. Anthony met up with us. After that we ate dinner. =) After dinner we just walked around campus and then back to the dorms again. Waited for Gabe to come back and we went to Target. LOL I know again, but I had to return some stuff. :P And that was my day.

SUNDAY, August 23rd - Third day, one more day before school starts. I'm excited and nervous the same time! Haha. Woke up around 9:30AM and got ready to go eat breakfast with the guys. Went to Einstein Bros. Got a iced coffee and bagel. :) We talked and ate for awhile. After that Nancy and I headed back to the dorm and just relax for awhile and while the guys are heading to Gateway to print out their schedule and stuff. I might head off to central campus a little later. I have to go the UT&T bookstore later to get my NAU 100 book. Tonight at 7PM there is a mandatory hall meeting for the girls down at the lobby. I plan to sleep a bit early tonight because I start class tomorrow at 9AM. :P I tend to get more tired here because of the elevation. We're on the mountains. :P

Okay, time for me to go! I'll come back for more exciting updates! So far it's been great and I'm having a lot of fun! I love COLLEGE! And also the weather is lovely. :) Breezy and nice, unlike Vegas. Lol. Bye!

Vanessa's birthday dinner & hangout. :)

Happy Early 13th Birthday to my younger sister! I love you. =) So yesterday, was her dinner at BJ's. First her friends Pam, Gabbi and Danni got dropped off at my place. Then we headed to BJ's around 5PM because dinner starts at 5:30PM. When we got there we waited for awhile for the others to come. Everyone came except for my two friends. Hahah, they were pretty late. Anyways, we ordered our food and ate. :) It was good! I got a big stuffed potato! Wow, it was big. I didn't finish it. Lol. Then my sister Vanessa opened all her gifts. She loved all her gifts and got want she wanted. She's such a princess. Hahah. After that, Nancy had to take Pam home because her curfew is 7:30PM. Yeah, I know early. When she came back we ordered a big party size pizookie, with all the flavors! I love their dessert there. It's really good. Haha. After dinner, we just decided to go back to my place to watch a movie. But the movie got boring and we just all ended up hanging out and talking. :P Everyone left around 12:30AM. That was my day! :] It's offically 3 more days till I move to NAU. I'm excited! Wooo hoo! COLLEGE! ;) I still need to finish packing some more stuff and read. Lol, then I'm done. Okay, bye!

My summer is completed! ♥

TUESDAY; August 4rd, 2009 - So babe arrived to Vegas on Monday night around 10:30PM. The next day which is Tuesday, we decided that we want to go to Fashion Show Mall and walk the strip. First, his Aunt Linda picked Vanessa and I up from my place and we headed to Fashion Show Mall. Of course I was really excited and happy to see him! I gave him the biggest hug ever! XOXO <3 We got to the mall and just walked around like tourist. Lol. After that we decided to walk the strip and casinos. Wow, pretty tiring. We took some pictures too. :] After that, we decided to go meet up with Linda's boyfriend, Terry at Applebees to eat dinner. Dinner was great. =) Thanks! After dinner, we went to Gameworks to play in the arcade. It was fun! Hahaha. Around 10PM, Aunt Linda came and pick us up. A little after that, my head got bashed to the board of the car in the back because someone in front of us was very slow and Aunt Linda didn't know made a sudden stop. I have a bruise and it kind of hurts. Oh well, it's okay. After that, Aunt Linda dropped Vanessa and I off at home. Thank you. Fun day as a tourist with babe! :)

WEDNESDAY; August 5th, 2009 - Around 5PM, Fong picked me up and we headed to the bank to get some money first. Babe and Wilson was already at Volcano Tea waiting for us. So we met up with them and got some boba. =) I love boba milk tea. Hahah. We just talked for awhile and after that we all headed to the Rio Carnival World Buffet with the others and meeting them there. We all ate and had a good time. :) After the Buffet, everyone else went to Takeshi's house to hang out except for babe and I. Wilson dropped babe and I back at my place so we can have our alone time together. Thanks Wilson, I appreciate it! Fun day with friends!

THURSDAY; August 6th, 2009 - Today is the big day and surprises that babe planned. :) I've been looking forward to this day! Around 5PM, Nancy, Vanessa and I went to my friend Winnie's house. Nancy and Vanessa are staying at her house and I am staying at a hotel with babe. Aunt Linda was outside waiting and ready to go. We headed off to Mandalay Bay. That's where the restaurant is at, but I just do not know where yet. It's a surprise. I love surprises! Lol. We walked a lot though. Haha. We got there and the restaurant is called Girgio at the Mandalay Bay. =) It is a italian cusine. Really nice place. We first ordered Calamari then I ordered pasta and he ordered pizza. It was pretty good. I liked it. After that, we walked around. We went on monorails and trains to get to the "hotel." And when we got there it was the Hilton Hotel. =) Awww, sweet huh?! The room is really nice and comfy too. :] After looking at the room, we decided to go walk the strip and take some pictures again. :) Lol, we walked through this dark alley and it was scary. Hahah. We got tired and walked back to our hotel room. Then we spent the rest of the night/morning together. ♥ Just us two. Alone. =) Thank you for everything baby! The next morning we checked out at 12PM and Nancy picked us up. We dropped Colby off first and then headed home.

FRIDAY; August 7th, 2009 - Technically, today is babe's last day. =( Yeah I know .. It went by pretty fast. First, we all met up at Yogurtland to eat frozen yogurt. =) It was just a couple friends and us hanging out. After Yogurtland, we went to the park and just hung out there. After that, we decided to go to IHOP for dinner. Haha. :] Usually when babe and I go there, we request for Monica. The best server ever. But she wasn't there that night. We had a rude server. We didn't like him. But the food was good. Oh well. Okay, so after dinner Wilson dropped babe and I to his aunt's house first. Awhile after that, we headed to the airport around 10:30PM. And this is when I hugged him really tight and gave him kisses. I didn't want to let go. It was hard. Yes, I cried. =/ I'm going to miss him so much. It's a "see you later or see you soon." Not a "Goodbye." However, I am going to see him in September; our one year anniversary and his birthday. I'm excited for that. :] Aunt Linda dropped me off at home. Fong, Wilson, Nancy, and Vanessa were already there just hanging out. I was a bit sad, but I'll be okay. We took webcam pictures and had a good time! =)

That was my fun week with my love. :) He completed my summer! Thank you. I love you baby. ♥ And now this week I have to finish packing and get ready for the move to NAU. I am leaving Vegas on August 19th. It's coming so soon. I didn't realize that till this week. I'm excited though. I can't wait! Anyways, time to go. Bye!
